Warm open air dining area
Robert Nilsson, 1998 Cook of the Year, runs Kattegat Gastronomi och Logi in Torekov, together with his brother Rikard.
Fish is the Nilsson brothers’ speciality and there are several outstanding dishes on the menu. The winning dish from -98 was grilled zander with a tomato and artichoke tower and an artichoke sauce.
Guests in the open air dining area are kept warm by 2000 W CIR infrared heaters. The season for open air dining can be extended by several weeks thanks to the infra red heaters.
