Simple installation with cord and plug minimises installation costs and the risk of faults. The convector is wall mounted, some models can also be ceiling mounted.

SL/SLS is a range of fan convectors, for heating or cooling, with the latest technology and the smallest dimensions on the market. SL/SLS is especially effective together with heat pumps but also works exceptionally well with other types of water-borne heating and cooling systems.

Fan convector SL/SLS-D1 is installed on the wall. Fan convector SL/SLS-R1 can be installed on the wall or ceiling (SLS-R1 is ceiling mounted when used for heating only). The convector is equipped with a 1.5 metre long cord with plug for connection to an earthed outlet socket. Water connection is made on left side of the unit. The convector must be mounted with Frico valve kits for SL/SLS.

Fan convector SL/SLS is available in two versions:

SL/SLS-DC1: Integrated, fully automatic PID regulation, which regulates the fan speed steplessly according to the set temperature, digital touch panel for easy use, input for external control on/off (potential-free contact). Wall mounting.
SL/SLS-R1: Fan speed is controlled steplessly by an analogue 0-10V signal from an external BMS or room regulator. Room regulator FCR230 is available as an accessory. Wall and ceiling mounting (except SLS-R1 which is not to be mounted in the ceiling when used for cooling).

Equipped with:

Control

Fan convector SL/SLS-DC1 is supplied with integrated, fully automatic PID-regulation on which selection of operation (heating or cooling) and fan mode can be set (low/high/auto). During heating or cooling demands, the fan starts/stops automatically according to the fan mode, to achieve the set temperature.

Fan convector SL/SLS-R1 is controlled steplessly by an analogue 0-10V signal from an external BMS or room regulator, for example Frico's room regulator FCR230. FCR230 is a room regulator for control of heating and/or cooling in a room. It is intended to control 230V thermic actuators and has fan control that regulates the fan speed steplessly with an analogue 0-10V signal. Communication via Modbus, BACnet or EXOline. The regulator has an integrated sensor, alternatively an external room sensor (ECG1) can be connected.
