The air movement created by PCW balances the temperature difference between the floor and ceiling, gives higher efficiency and lower energy consumption compared to radiators without a fan.

Fully automatic operation

Our many controls enable everything from simple three-step manual control to fully automatic operation, change-over control to switch between heating and cooling, and weekly programmes. Up to 10 convectors can be controlled by a single controller.

PCW is a flexible solution where the convector can be used for heating or cooling.

PCW can be installed on the wall or ceiling and is intended for permanent installation. Water connection made on left side of the unit. Fan convectors with connections on the right hand side are available to order.

Fan convector PCW is available in two versions:

  • PCWxx2S, 2 pipe system, 3 row coil for heating or cooling. Also available with supplementary electric coil.

  • PCWxx4S, 4 pipe system, 3 row coil for cooling and single row coil for heating

Equipped with:

  • adjustable exhaust grilles to be able to spread the air in two different directions

  • a centrifugal fan that gives an even and continuous air flow across the whole water coil, which optimises the heat supply

  • washable filter in polypropylene, easy to install and remove

  • drip tray, for collecting condensation water during cooling operation, is premounted on the convector. Drip trays for valves are available as accessories

For 2 or 4 pipe system (PCR1 or PCEB):

  • Manual control of fan in 3 steps

  • Manual selection of heating or cooling

  • Manual selection of the thermostat control: only heating or both fan and heating

  • Possibility of an external control signal for switching between heating and cooling. (Only PCEB)

  • Option to install a sensor (PCT). Low temperature. (Only PCEB)

When installing 4-pipe systems, valves for heating and cooling are needed and a cold and hot water circuit must be available.
