The patio heater can be seamlessly integrated into your smart home system via io-homecontrol® for synchronized control together with other connected devices, such as blinds, roof windows, and garage doors. It is also possible to create smart scenarios like “Leaving Home” to close everything with a single tap.

The Relax Glass infrared patio heaters feature a premium SCHOTT NEXTREMA® high resistant ceramic glass front, available in white and black. Choose between sleek silver or timeless black casing to fit both residential and commercial outdoor settings.
Flexible control options
Somfy remote controls offer convenient wireless operation. The 1-channel remote controls a single or multiple Relax Glass io. The 5-channel version also supports group and central control across different product categories, making it ideal for more advanced setups.
Relax Glass io is a range of infrared shortwave patio heaters delivering instant heat. Relax Glass io is Smart Home Ready and can be seamlessly integrated into Somfy io-homecontrol® systems, offering multiple control options.
Relax Glass io can be installed horizontally on walls or in ceilings with the brackets supplied. The 2,2 kW model is only suitable for wall mounting. The heater can be angled in several fixed positions.
Relax Glass io is equipped with a 1.8 metre cord with plug for connection to an earthed outlet socket.

Relax Glass io is controlled by a Somfy remote control, and can be operated at 1/3, 2/3 or full power. The heater can easily be integrated into your existing io-homecontrol® system if your remote control has a free channel. Somfy remote controls are available as accessories. IHRGIO-1 has a single channel but can control several heaters. IHRGIO-5 has 5 channels for a larger system, with more heaters or with other devices than Relax Glass io. The heater has an on/off switch on its right side.
