Gliese is an infrared panel heater that fits most environments and is suitable for heating areas with limited space, such as cottages and bathrooms.
Gliese is installed horizontally e.g. at the ceiling angle above the window. Wall brackets are included. Ceiling mounting kit is available as an accessory. Gliese is intended for permanent installation. The unit is equipped with a 1 meter cable without plug. The unit is connected to a detached terminal box, mounted on the wall next to the unit.
The unit* must be installed with thermostat TPT16(WF) or control system FC111 to comply with Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1103 (Ecodesign). For improved efficiency accessories such as black bulb or distance control can be added. Controls for installations not affected by the Ecodesign directive are available as well.
* This product is an electric fixed local space heater and, in order to be compliant with the mandatory ecodesign requirements set out in Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1103, needs to be complemented with a control providing at least the following control functions TW(f2/f4/f8): Electronic room temperature control plus week timer, open window detection, adaptive start control and control accuracy with CA < 2 Kelvin and CSD < 2 Kelvin.
