Gothenburg's Most Environmentally Friendly Retail Park
The new Torpavallen retail park was completed during the autumn of 2012. The retail park is located just outside the city of Gothenburg and is beside the E20. Torpavallen is LEED and GreenBuilding certified and is Gothenburg's most environmentally friendly retail park.

Part of the total retail area of around 10,000 sqm is currently leased by MediaMarkt who have chosen to have Frico's PA3500 air curtains installed at the entrance. PA3500 is part of the new PA range of air curtains with smart functions that adapt to entrance conditions and provide increased energy savings, which fit in well with the architects' aim for Torpavallen.
Torpavallen's retail park includes a SATS gym and MAX restaurant in addition to MediaMarkt.
